Leaders need to build strong partnerships and establish trust from the outset when they join a new team or organization.

This lays the foundation for future collaboration, psychological safety, cohesion, and engagement, which are crucial to achieving higher profitability and faster revenue growth.

When leaders have intentional plans and have developed the necessary skills, they will be more effective in creating solid trust levels to continue to build on.

Onboard With Trust

Preparing leaders joining a new organization to authentically and quickly build trust with their new colleagues and team through:

  • Coaching sessions one month before they start their new role to create a solid plan to build trusting relationships. The sessions will continue for their first 90 days to assess their progress and map out what is needed to continue building trust with their team.

  • Debriefing the results of their C-IQ Catalyst Tool® (conversational intelligence) and/or EQ-i 2.0® assessment (emotional intelligence) to better understand their preferences and styles and identify areas where they would need to make improvements

  • Facilitating their New Leader Alignment session with their team to build trust and alignment between the leader and the team

  • Providing a resource guide for reflection, reminders, and action plans
