Coaching sessions one month before they start their new role to create a solid plan to build trusting relationships. The sessions will continue for their first 90 days to assess their progress and map out what is needed to continue building trust with their team.
Debriefing the results of their C-IQ Catalyst Tool® (conversational intelligence) and/or EQ-i 2.0® assessment (emotional intelligence) to better understand their preferences and styles and identify areas where they would need to make improvements
Facilitating their New Leader Alignment session with their team to build trust and alignment between the leader and the team
