ASSESSING THE BEHAVIORS THAT SHAPE TRuST

The C-IQ Catalyst Tool® identifies the specific behaviors that may be unintentionally eroding trust. By analyzing the frequency of negative (interactional) vs. positive (connective) behaviors, we create a personalized roadmap to help leaders master the neurochemistry of valid, high-trust conversations.

By identifying a leader’s Conversational Intelligence® strengths and development areas, they can better prepare how they speak with people, ask questions, show concern for others, and paint pictures of mutual success when they start working with their new team and colleagues.

The report provides ideas based on the TRUST model that you can use to boost confidence, productivity, accuracy, collaboration, innovation, and positivity within the workforce.

It can be applied to individuals, teams, or organizations.

UNDERSTANDING THE EMOTIONAL DRIVERS OF PERFORMANCE

To lead with trust, leaders first need to understand the emotional dynamics they bring to the table.

By measuring specific elements like Empathy, Assertiveness, and Impulse Control, the EQ-i 2.0® uncovers the underlying drivers of a leader’s performance.

It helps leaders and teams identify their unique strengths and blind spots, allowing them to communicate more intentionally, handle change with resilience, and build the psychological safety necessary for collaboration.

Different reports can be created:

  • Workplace Report for individual contributors

  • Leadership Report for leaders

  • 360 Report for leaders

  • Group Report for a team, function, or office
