We co-design the impactful journey with the leader based on their needs. We meet a few times before they start to map out how they will build trust in their partnerships. We also meet after they have begun, tracking their success and readjusting their plan, and shifting any needed behaviors. Applicable assessments will also be leveraged.

We work with leaders before they take on the new role so they can be effective and intentional to quickly build trust with their new team. We then facilitate a New Leader Alignment session with the team so they can align on their needs and expectations, while building more trust between the leader and the team.

A leader needs to exhibit their competence and care for others. They need to build connections and awareness of their people. They also need to be consistent in delivering on their commitments and their behaviors to build trust with their team.

We first assess the issues eroding trust within the team and their root causes. We clarify how they would like their dynamics to be and the specific steps needed to build more trust in the team. We follow up with team coaching sessions to continue making the necessary improvements.

This helps clients step out of a protective mindset and into a collaborative one, where empathy and active listening take center stage.
