Team Trust
A workshop for a team to assess their current levels of Consistency, Care, Competence, and Connection, and identify areas of improvement. From this, they will create a practical action plan to achieve the desired levels of trust within their team. Team coaching sessions can be added to the journey to help further their development.
This can also be designed for two teams that are challenged by diminished trust, which hinders their ability to collaborate and work effectively. They will identify the areas and root causes that are eroding the trust levels and making collaboration more challenging. Action plans and commitments will be made to drive systemic change in their ongoing collaboration.
Communicate With Trust
This workshop is for teams that have identified issues in how they communicate that have negatively impacted their trust. The team will assess and improve how they communicate with one another to build trust. It entails:
Debriefing results of the Trust Catalyst tool to identify the perceived personal and team strengths in their communication style
Identifying core aspects that the team will improve together
Brainstorming to define their team development action plan
Team coaching to further assess and evolve the team’s dynamics (optional)
Bootcamp to practice and build skills (optional)
Resource Guide for reflection, action planning, and practice
Collaboration Bootcamp
This highly interactive workshop (1.5-2 hours) focuses on building collaboration skills. It involves very little theory. It’s more about practice, practice, practice.
Participants will engage in various activities to build the skills needed to stay open and effectively work with others to complete tasks. They will walk away with a toolkit of activities to continue to practice staying open and stepping into the intersection of different perspectives and ideas, while finding ways to more successfully collaborate with others.
These sessions can be run in person and virtually.
