Coaching
Most leaders know they should trust their teams, but they don't know how to do it without things falling through the cracks. My coaching bridges the gap between trust theory and the realities of the workday. We’ll skip the abstract motivational speeches and focus on practical tools to amplify the level of care and connection they inspire in their team.
Through the coaching, leaders will develop their Conversational Intelligence to handle friction and give feedback without the drama. They’ll stop talking at their team and start talking with them, clearing up the ambiguity that destroys trust.
During the partnership, relevant assessments and resources will be provided to support their development.
Foundational and Accelerating Trust
To help leaders build awareness and the crucial skills to develop foundational levels of trust with their colleagues and team, they can join our 1-month Foundational Trust journey.
The journey entails:
Online videos and tools for self-study
4 facilitated sessions on Zoom to practice skills
Use the C-IQ Catalyst® tool to identify the specific behaviors that may unintentionally erode trust. A debrief session will follow to review the results
1:1 coaching session for personalized development
Resource guides for further reflection and action planning
Online community to inspire and learn from others
Leaders can continue to build more advanced skills in our 1-month Accelerating Trust journey. We will focus on how to build consistency, connection, and care to further elevate the trust levels with others.
The journey is similar to Foundational Trust, but leaders will have a debriefing session after completing the TRUST Catalyst® tool. This offers a snapshot of behaviors and conversations that influence trust, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement in their Conversational Intelligence®.
