In my 30 years working at brands like Nike and Zalando, I’ve seen a recurring theme: Trust is the invisible barrier.

When it’s missing, you see it in "after-the-meeting" complaints, defensive emails, and high-potential attrition. That’s the Trust Tax. It slows everything down.

But when you build a foundation of Credibility, Consistency, Connection, and Care, you earn a Trust Dividend. Innovation flourishes because people feel safe taking risks.
